Independent procurement coordination
About Nonwoven Fabric Production Line Sourcing
Nonwoven Fabric Production Line Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner for dedicated nonwoven fabric production line equipment. We help plant procurement managers, equipment importers and OEM project engineers assemble comparable factory quotes. We do not own a mill, we do not hold inventory, and we do not sell as a brand-appointed reseller. Certificates, FAT records and capacity statements belong to the named supplier, not to this website.
about evidence review
Decision dependencies
Our role is to collect a buyer brief, request factory quotes, and keep machine, delivery and site buckets visible. Engineering feasibility, installation quality and SAT remain with the supplier and the buyer’s contract. Public Reifenhäuser and ANDRITZ pages are used only as question prompts; they are not our product lines and not a borrowed identity.
-
Input dependency
- Required input
- Formation route still open or named (spunbond, spunlace, meltblown, SMS), polymer or staple identity, gsm, usable width, destination, quantity, three-phase supply, and the laboratory method for the first commercial roll. Optional budget (amount or range, currency, per-unit or whole-order) is useful but not required.
- Owner
- The buyer owns feedstock identity, building utilities, local safety interpretation and the SAT fabric. This service owns inquiry formatting and quote comparison notes. The factory owns machine design answers, named tooling and the documents attached to its offer.
-
Review dependency
- A quote cannot be ranked until water-treatment or process-air ownership is stated for the selected route. Spunlace needs a sized water loop; meltblown needs process air and spinneret row language; spunbond needs resin handling and winding format.
- Unresolved question: which modules are inside the machine price versus civil, utility and laboratory work. Until that split is written, a lower sticker is not a lower installed project cost.
Industry disputes we keep explicit: a single formation machine is not an integrated mill; nominal speed is not validated output; a machine price is not installed project cost. Those three distinctions drive how we write RFQs. If a factory answers with a catalog kg/h or m/min and no fabric description, we send the question back rather than filling the gap with a typical hygiene gsm. Cooling water, compressed air demand, connected load and PLC interface remain buyer-supplied facts unless the offer restates them.

About this service: we will list missing inputs instead of inventing mill history. Send the brief when you are ready to compare quotes.
